Shipping policy

Worldkins partners with Gelato, a global print on demand partner that produces items as close as possible to where you live. This helps reduce shipping distances and unnecessary waste in landfills, while also ensuring we offer high-quality and responsibly sourced materials. 

Once your item is complete, Gelato works with their trusted shipping partners (e.g. postal and courier services) to deliver your order to the send address. Delivery times depend on your location and the local carrier’s services.

Production Time

Most items take a few business days to be made before they ship. Production times can vary depending on the product and things like seasonal demand.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced, shipping times will depend on your location. 

Most orders will arrive within 5–10 business days (including 2–5 days for production and 2–7 days for shipping).

In rare cases—such as busy holiday periods, remote deliveries, or unexpected delays—orders may take longer. 

If your order is time-sensitive (e.g. weddings, anniversaries, birthdays), we recommend allowing 14 to 20 business days.

Multiple Items

Due to print-on-demand fulfilments, if you order more than one product, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

Carbon Neutral Shipping

We have partnered with the Shopify Planet App and Greenspark to offset the carbon emissions on all production and deliveries.

Delays

Postal services, customs processing, and busy seasons can sometimes cause delays that are outside our control. As soon as we are made aware of any productions or shipping delays we will communicate them with you. We also thank you for your patience if this occurs.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an item is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, Worldkins is unable to cover the cost of reproduction and shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, does not arrive at all, or has a printing error, please contact us at hello@worldkins.com so we can make it right. For more details refer to our Returns Policy or FAQs in our About page.
