Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days (including 2–5 days for production and 2–7 days for shipping). In rare cases—such as busy holiday periods, remote deliveries, or unexpected delays—orders may take longer. If your order is time-sensitive (e.g. weddings, anniversaries, or birthdays), we recommend allowing 14–20 business days to be safe. If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
Each Worldkins piece is made to order. Because every item is created especially for you, we’re unable to accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or doesn’t arrive at all, please get in touch and we’ll make sure you receive a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer. For items that arrive damaged or faulty, please try to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We don’t require faulty items to be returned, but we may ask for a photo of the issue so we can share it with our printing or shipping partners. For items that haven’t arrived, please reach out within 30 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll help track or replace them for you. Please email hello@worldkins.com and we will make it right!

Check the dimensions on each product page for detailed measurements. For wall art we recommend measuring out the size you are wanting on the wall before you purchase. Mockup pictures are not reliable indicators of size. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind (for instance if you have ordered the incorrect size wall art).
Whilst all items are made to be durable and high quality, high or constant exposure to moisture, heat, abrasion or sun light / UV will reduce the lifespan of prints. We endeavour to create items that are long lasting, but please contact us if you find anything you purchase to be of poor quality or durability. We will investigate and may be able to offer replacement, depending on the circumstances.
Most product pages will have details of the materials used in their construction. Gelato (our printing partner) has assured us that high quality, eco-friendly and durable inks are used in printing processes as well as FSC or PESC certified sustainable woods and paper stocks.
Worldkins is a small team of one creator and administrator, Jed (they/them). Artworks include the beautiful photography donated from many generous creators from around the world via "pexels.com". With the collaboration of Gelato for quality and ethical printing and distribution, Planet, Greenspark and the EarthLungs Mangrove Restoration Project for carbon neutral offsets and environmental impact. In its heart Worldkins is bigger than a single person, we hope that our creations share a reminder of humanity and nature being exquisitely inseparable. We feel that you are part of Worldkins, if you like. Not as in you have to answer emails for us, but that in our essence ~ all the world are kin.
Worldkins creator and administrator Jed is based on Darkinung Country, also known as Central Coast, NSW, Australia. Due to our partnership with Gelato's print on demand global network, items can be printed and shipped nearby to many different parts of the world. Our artworks are created using beautiful photography donated from many generous creators from around the world via "pexels.com".
Jed takes or finds donated photographs of people to create silhouettes. They then lay donated photographs of landscapes inside the figures. Finishing when they find an image that seems to sing or say something or feel really nice to look.
We partner with Planet and Greenspark to ensure that all our production and shipping is carbon neutral offset.
We haver partnered with Gelato as our printing partner because they offer more environmentally sustainable products. Woods and papers are certified FSC or PESC equivalent based on the region. Print-on-demand reduces mass production and excess waste going to landfill as well as reducing shipping distances and carbon emissions. We are still conscious that everything has an impact on our planet. Few newly made products are truly "sustainable". For that reason we have tried wherever possible to use the most sustainable options available, offset our carbon footprint, and contribute additionally to Environmental and First Nations organisations yearly.
We have been assured that Gelato our printing and shipping partners provide legal wages and safe working conditions to all their workers, whilst upholding anti-slavery and anti-discrimination rights and protections under international law. Our small creative and administrative team is encouraged to work in ways that support their neurodivergence, diversity and humanity.
Worldkins commits to redistributing 50% of their net profits to First Nations led organisations yearly. By "net profit" we mean the amount left after the cost of production, shipping, business running costs and wages. We are a small business with high margins and so currently our contribution is small. As we grow, with the help of people like you, our contribution will grow too.
When you checkout you help plant a mangrove tree! We have partnered with EarthLungs Mangrove Restoration Project to plant a mangrove tree with every order purchased. EarthLungs Mangrove Restoration is community-led project that helps restore coastlines, store carbon, provide local wages and nurture biodiversity.
