We have put information and FAQ together in the drop down menus below. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us.

About Worldkins

Worldkins is a small team of one creator and administrator, Jed (they/them). We are partnered with Gelato for high quality, sustainable and ethical printing, with Greenspark for our carbon emissions offsets and with the EarthLungs Project to plant a mangrove tree with every order.

We are creatively based on Darkinjung Country, Central Coast, NSW, Australia. Because of Gelato’s global print-on-demand network we are able to print and deliver orders locally to many parts of the world.

Our artworks are made by combining photographs of people and landscapes, generously donated from creators around the world through the online communities of pexels and pixabay.

In its heart Worldkins is bigger than a single person. We believe that All the World, including nature, are Kin. And hope that our creations bring this feeling of interconnection to you and your loved ones.

Sustainability & Impact

We realise there is not much point making art about the beauty of people and our planet without considering our environmental or social impacts!

Print-on-Demand: We have partnered with Gelato’s print-on-demand services as they allow us to offer more ethical and sustainable production and shipping. Print-on-demand means that the product you buy is created when ordered. Each order is printed and shipped as close as possible to the delivery address. This practice reduces carbon emissions and excess waste going to landfill.

Sustainability: All paper and wood materials used in our products are FSC® or PEFC™ certified, ensuring they originate from responsibly managed forests that meet recognised sustainability standards.

Carbon Impact: Worldkins partners with Greenspark and their verified climate initiatives to fund ongoing carbon reductions. We fund 20 kg reductions of CO₂ on each order, above the calculated average carbon footprint for both production and shipping.

Ethical Work: Gelato assures us that our printing and shipping partners provide safe working conditions and legal wages for all workers, whilst upholding anti-discrimination and anti-slavery rights under international law.

Contributions: Worldkins contributes 10% of yearly profits towards First Nations led organisations and environmental restoration projects.

Refunds & Support

My item hasn’t arrived: Please email support@worldkins.com with your order number within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll help track, replace or refund your missing items.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind: Each Worldkins piece is made to order and we are unable to accept refunds or replacements for change of mind.

For this reason, please be mindful when choosing wall art sizes and remember that product photos do not give a clear indication of scale. We recommend physically measuring wall art sizes against your wall before you purchase.

We hope that none of you have to use this FAQ section! But we also know that from printing and packaging to delivery, mistakes unfortunately can happen. Contact us at support@worldkins.com and we will do our best to make it right if something has gone wrong.

Shipping & Delivery

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days / 2 weeks. In rare cases such as busy holiday periods, remote deliveries, or unexpected delays, orders may take longer.

If your order is time sensitive for events such as weddings, anniversaries or birthdays we recommend allowing for at least 15 business days / 3 weeks for your order to arrive.

Please note: If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may print, ship and arrive separately.

You will receive an email update from us about your order with an estimated delivery.
